“Little Norway becomes Little New Orleans!”
Join us at the Poulsbo Blues and Jazz Festival, located in downtown historic Poulsbo, “Little Norway,” from February 23-25, 2024.
This fun-filled weekend includes a Friday night kick-off at Rockin’ Ruby’s Records, followed by an evening of live music on Saturday. 6 local venues will be hosting shows featuring a total of 17 bands from 5:30 pm to midnight on Saturday. While some venues are 21+, many are kid-friendly, ranging from restaurants to breweries and coffee shops. The festival is entirely indoors and easily walkable, so leave your car behind.
For those planning to stay the night, there are several nearby hotels to choose from, allowing you to explore our charming town on Sunday and don’t miss our festival breakfast on Sunday morning! Poulsbo will be bustling all weekend with its restaurants, shops, and the world-famous Sluy’s bakery for delicious donuts.
The Poulsbo Blues and Jazz Festival is a vital part of our community and all profits support the Poulsbo Rotary Club’s ongoing efforts. Hurry, though, as the festival is limited to the first 480 attendees. Join us for a weekend of music, culture, and fun for all ages in the heart of Poulsbo!

This is not a camping/seat saving event.
The only way for this festival to be enjoyed by all is to keep it moving. All the bands are absolutely Fantastic.
- There will be no subpar bands or venues.
- Start times will be staggered throughout the night to allow you to see as many as possible.
- If you leave a venue you cannot “save” the seat for later.
- If your friends aren’t there when you arrive you can’t save a seat for them.
- If our Venue Captains see left items for longer than ten minutes they will be taken to lost and found.
- Please be willing to make new friends and share tables.
Let’s make it enjoyable for all and please go see as many bands at as many venues as you can. No one wants to be left out in the cold!

We will have merch available as we get closer to the event and have finalized the line-up. Check back often!
Merchandise can be purchased on the day of the festival while supplies last. Merch will be sold from Juicy J’s Smoked Burgers.
Wristband Pickup
Wristbands can be picked up the day of the festival from 4pm to 10:30pm at Juicy J’s Smoked Burgers, The Slippery Pig, and The Brass Kraken.

FAQs
Can I save a seat or camp in one venue?

Where should I park?
Parking is available throughout all of downtown Poulsbo. You will find some on Front Street, along the waterfront and in the King Olaf lot located at 19065 Jensen Way.
What time does the festival begin?
Friday night 8PM at Rockin’ Ruby’s Records, 279 NW Lindvig Way Unit A.
Saturday night the first band starts at 5:30pm. The last band ends at midnight.
Sunday breakfast details will be released later.
Where can I get a map of the venues?
A map of the venues and a time table will be available when you pick up your wrist bands the day of the festival.
Where do I pick up my wrist band?
Wrist bands and merch will be available for pick up and purchase on the day at Juicy J’s Smoked Burgers, 18779 Anderson Pkwy, Poulsbo from 4pm to 10:30pm.
How many bands and venues will there be?
There will be 6 venues and 17 bands
Is the festival outside?
No, all venues are inside. All venues have bathrooms, a bar and many have food for purchase.
Do I need to drive from venue to venue?
No driving needed. All venues are within a couple minute walk from each other.
Is there food available?
Yes! There are many wonderful restaurants in downtown Poulsbo. Several of the music venues have full kitchens as well
Will there be alcohol available?
Yes! Most venues have a full bar. One venue is a coffee shop, Café Cocina. Another venue, Moe’s is an under 21 establishment that serves mocktails. There is also a brewery involved that serves beer, wine and cider.
Can children attend?
Yes! There are a few venues that allow minors inside. These include Moe’s, Café Cocina and the Slippery Pig.
Are PB&J shirts available for purchase?
You can order your swag online and have it shipped directly to you. There will be a limited quantity available on the night for purchase at Juicy J’s where you get your wrist band.
