- 18 local area houses (starting in 1981 working with the NK High School Carpentry Class)
- Perhaps our best international service project has been Rotary’s Youth Exchange program. We have hosted one or more foreign high school students and sent one or more local students abroad most years since 1981. Each recipient has received a gift that will last a lifetime.
- Delivered a fire truck to Mulege Mexico (1985)
- Shelves at Martha and Mary (1981)
- Poulsbo Rotary Park Bench at Lincoln and Hostmark
- Kvelstad Pavilion on the Poulsbo waterfront (1983)
- Renovated and furnished Senior Citizen’s Lounge Downtown Poulsbo (1984)
- Play structure at NK Memorial Park (1984)
- Signboards on Hwy 305 to advertise community events (1985)
- Computer Lab for Poulsbo Jr High (1986)
1990’s
- $30,000 donation towards moving the Marine Science Center to downtown Poulsbo (1990)
- X-ray equipment donated to a hospital in Penaflor, Chile (1992)
- X-ray machine and diagnostic equipment in Uganda (1993)
- Support for a medical clinic, followed by financing the building of 3 bridges in Viet Nam (1995-1998) (This project was featured in an article in Rotary Magazine
- Panel truck and commercial washing machine for Orphanage in Blagoveshensk, Russia (1998)
- Build and deliver 50 wood burning cook stoves for a village in Guatemala
- Dugouts at Snyder Park (1993)
- Raised $100,000 in 10 year commitment to Olympic College Branch, Poulsbo (1994-2004)
- House renovation for 3 Kitsap County non-profits (1995)
- Renovated, furnished, and landscaped local duplex as Domestic Violence Transition House (1998-2006)
- Marine Science Center underwater viewing aquarium (2000)
- Installed cabinets in the basement of the new Poulsbo Library building.
2000’s
- Oyster Plant Park pier and floating dock (2001-2005)
- Potable water project at a Haiphong orphanage in Viet Nam (2001)
- Outfitted a medical clinic in Viet Nam (2005)
- Joint project with East Bremerton in St. Lucia Rotarians to build a maternity wing onto St.Jude Hospital
- Joint project with Comox Rotary on Vancouver Island in Honduras to supply Potable Water for a mountain village.
- Mobility Project to collect and refurbish wheelchairs for those in need overseas
- Greenhouses at Martha and Mary (2006-2010)
- Donated van (with Sprint Corp) for food deliveries to Fishline Food Bank (2007)
- Installed Historic red clock on Front Street (2008)
- Work to build Centennial Park, Poulsbo (2009)
2010’s
- Donated $40k for Poulsbo Historical Museum projects. Built outdoor boat pavillion. (2010)
- Donated $19.6k and labor to renovate and furnish Coffee Oasis in Poulsbo (2012-2015)
- Built amphitheater and several viewing stands at Poulsbo’s Fish Park (2006-2013)
- Development of 8 unit Domestic Violence transition housing at Morrow Manor – $2.1 million project (2013-2020)
- Built Garden sheds at Raab Park (2015)
- Made rock trails at Fish Park (2016)
- Multiple projects with the Tacoma based Etta Projects in Bolivia
- Kossoye Project – Health and Education project in Ethiopia to build a shed to store seeds for the next season – sustainability in motion.
- Gift of Life International – heart surgery for children in El Salvador
- Support for Bainbridge Island Rotary Save to Grow project in Tanzania – microsavings combined with agricultural training
2020’s
